What is Inkeep?
Inkeep is an AI agent platform that enables customer operations teams to create agents that act across existing systems. The platform offers pre‑built and custom agents for support, knowledge base search, and enterprise search using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
Users can deploy agents in Zendesk, Salesforce, Slack, and web chat, with AI‑suggested responses and context‑aware drafts to accelerate Tier 2 and Tier 3 ticket resolution.
