What is Clockwise?

Clockwise was an AI‑driven scheduling tool that integrated with major calendar platforms to automate meeting coordination, create Focus Time blocks, and optimize daily schedules. It provided Smart Hold events such as Travel Time and Meeting Breaks, automatically moved meetings to more suitable slots, and removed calendar clutter through AI recommendations.

The platform supported team scheduling links, allowed users to export preferences, and maintained data privacy with secure deletion after shutdown. After acquisition by Salesforce, Clockwise’s features were slated to discontinue on March 27 2026, with data deleted shortly thereafter and users offered migration support to Reclaim.
