What is Jochem?
Jochem is an AI‑assistant that delivers accurate answers quickly for customer and employee inquiries. It eliminates the need to search internal documents by matching questions to relevant knowledge base entries or routing them to the appropriate expert.
When an answer is unavailable, Jochem identifies the right specialist within the organization, reducing time spent locating personnel. New knowledge from expert responses is automatically captured and fed back into the knowledge base, enabling continuous improvement while requiring approval before publishing updates.
The system integrates with existing collaboration tools such as Slack and can be deployed in a private Microsoft Azure tenant. Jochem supports multiple languages, is ISO 27001 certified, and complies with GDPR, ensuring secure handling of internal data.
