What is Breezemail?
Breezemail organizes email inboxes by automatically labeling important messages and placing the rest into AI‑generated categories. It supports Gmail and Outlook through add‑ons that run in the user’s account, allowing natural‑language queries such as “all emails about finance and investing” to create custom categories.
Pre‑defined labels like Newsletters, Purchases, Social, Promotion, and Travel are available out of the box, while users can refine or add categories on demand. The tool uses the ChatGPT API to analyze email content and determine the most specific category for each message, prioritizing overlapping topics by specificity.
Breezemail does not retain or sell user data; all email content is sent directly to the OpenAI API and is not stored on the Breezemail servers. Access tokens and credentials are encrypted and can be revoked at any time. The service is designed for both personal and corporate accounts, with compliance considerations addressed through company‑specific policies.
