What is Vagent?
Vagent is a voice‑controlled interface that lets users chat with custom AI agents through natural speech. The platform connects to any backend via a single authenticated webhook and supports over 60 languages, automatically detecting language for both input and output.
Speech output uses OpenAI’s speech synthesis, while spoken and written replies can differ and are formatted with Markdown. No registration is required; settings and chat history remain on the device, and each conversation is bound to a unique session ID that can be reset.
Users can launch new sessions or load a pre‑built n8n workflow template that demonstrates a main agent calling sub‑agents as modular tools. The interface presents proposed actions as drafts, requiring user confirmation before execution, and detailed documentation guides endpoint setup for custom backends.
