Parabolic is an AI assistant that integrates directly into ticketing platforms such as Intercom, Zendesk, and HelpScout. It auto-indexes all past customer responses and detects user intent without relying on keyword matching. The system drafts two types of replies, generalizable responses that cover 30–50 % of tickets, and customer‑specific drafts that address the remaining 25–40 %.
Agents can verify and edit drafts before sending, allowing a human‑in‑the‑loop workflow that improves the model after each rejection. Parabolic handles multi‑step conversations, automatically suggesting follow‑up questions as the dialogue progresses.
