The Workflow

Open speechnotes and have it ready before you start

Open SpeechNotes and click the "Start Transcribing" button on the homepage.

Upload your podcast file (MP3, WAV, or video) by pressing the "Upload file" button.

Choose the spoken language, enable any optional settings (e.g., speaker separation), and click "Transcribe".

Wait for the AI to process the file, then review the generated transcript in the preview pane for any errors.

Click "Export" and select "Google Docs" (or "Download as .txt") to save the transcript.
