What is Unearthed?
Unearthed — Kindle auto sync and AI reading insights. Unearthed syncs highlights from Kindle and KOReader and smart-merges duplicates into a unified view per book. It indexes and searches across books, highlights, and notes to reveal cross-book connections and relevant passages.
Daily reflections and auto-generated reflection questions surface key quotes and ideas for review and study. Integrations with Obsidian, Notion, Capacities, and Supernotes support knowledge management workflows and direct Obsidian sync for local-first users.
Local deployment keeps data on-device for privacy-focused workflows; a cloud option provides cross-device sync and opt-in AI analysis, including blind-spot detection and thematic extraction. Import options include cloud and local sync, CSV and manual entry, plus tag auto-detection to streamline highlight capture and organization.
