Sendblue (iMessage for Business) provides an iMessage API and messaging platform for conversational marketing, sales outreach, and customer support.

Features include iMessage API access, FaceTime Audio, support for voice memos, videos, and high-resolution photos, plus automatic fallback to RCS or SMS when iMessage is unavailable.



Workflow Builder, Smart Views, and Power Dialer enable automation, segmentation, and faster outreach for sales and support teams.

CRM and automation integrations and a Click-to-Dial Chrome extension let teams sync contacts, track interactions, and manage workflows from existing stacks.



The platform supports number porting and group messaging, enforces per-line contact limits to reduce spam, and does not support bulk message blasts to protect deliverability.

Compliance controls include SOC 2 Type II and HIPAA-ready security and built-in anti-spam mechanisms for regulated environments.
