I use Praising AI to keep track of customer reviews across six platforms and automate some of the followup. Having everything in one dashboard is useful, especially for visibility over all reviews without checking each platform separately. The AI-generated replies are a good starting point and the automated review requests save some manual work. I still review the responses before they go out. Overall its quite the time saver!
