OpenALPR provides automated license plate recognition and vehicle attribute extraction for IP, traffic, and security cameras. The Scout platform reads live video streams, delivering plate numbers, make, model, color, and travel direction in real time.

The CarCheck API analyzes still images, returning JSON data that includes plate, vehicle make, model, and color. Support covers nearly 70 countries, with built‑in international plate recognition. Setup requires under 20 minutes, and data can be retained for up to 60 days in a searchable database.
