Open Surfsense and have it ready before you start

Upload your key files (PDFs, Word docs, CSVs, or website URLs) into the workspace via the “Add Documents” button

Notion

Connect a secondary source such as Notion or Google Drive using the Integrations panel

Select the LLM you want to use (e.g., GPT‑4, Claude Opus, or a self‑hosted model) from the model dropdown

Enter a natural‑language query in the chat window, e.g., “Summarize the main findings from the market‑research CSV”

Review the AI‑generated answer and click “Generate Report” to turn the response into a formatted document

Export the report as a PDF or DOCX by clicking the Export button

Slack

Share the workspace link or the PDF in Slack so teammates can comment and iterate
