The Workflow

Open PDFgear and have it ready before you start

Install PDFgear from the App Store and launch the app

Tap the plus button, then select your unsigned PDF file to import it into PDFgear

Tap the Edit button, choose Annotate, and select the Fill & Sign option

Pick a signature method – handwrite with your finger/stylus, upload an image of your signature, or type your name and choose a font

Position the signature on the document, resize if needed, and tap the signature to flatten it

Optionally add stamps, checkmarks, or custom text using the annotation toolbar

Tap the three‑dot menu in the top right and choose Share to export the signed, flattened PDF

Open PDFgear and follow the steps above.
