Open Quo and have it ready before you start
Sign up for a Quo account and claim a new business phone number or port your existing one
Download the Quo app on your phone, laptop, or tablet and log in to activate the number on all devices
Create separate numbers for each role (sales, support, marketing) in the Quo dashboard
Open the drag‑and‑drop Call Flow Builder and map inbound calls: route sales calls to the sales team, support calls to support agents, and after‑hours calls to the Sona AI receptionist
Enable AI call summaries, transcripts, and custom tags (e.g., "new lead", "follow‑up") in the Settings tab
Configure Sona to answer after‑hours calls, collect caller information, and send an automated SMS with a scheduling link
Integrate Quo with your CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce) or automation platform (Zapier) to create a contact or task from each call transcript
Place a test call to your new number, verify that the call is routed correctly, the transcript appears, tags are applied, and the CRM record is created
