The Workflow

Open Coda AI and have it ready before you start

Gather all customer comments into a CSV file with columns like Comment, Source, and Date

Open a new Coda doc and click the Coda AI button to activate the AI assistant

Import the CSV into a table inside the Coda doc using the Insert > Table > From CSV option

Prompt Coda AI: “Analyze the comments and list the top 5 recurring pain points, including example quotes for each”

Review the AI‑generated summary and copy the listed pain points into a new “Roadmap Ideas” table

Prompt Coda AI: “For each pain point, suggest a feasible feature or improvement and assign a priority (High, Medium, Low)”

Add a “Status” column and an “Owner” column; ask Coda AI to draft brief implementation notes for each suggested feature

Share the doc with stakeholders and export the roadmap table as CSV or JSON for further planning
