Open Clay and have it ready before you start

Upload a CSV file of raw prospects (e.g., dentist names and cities) into a new Clay table

Add a column and select the Google Search action; prompt Clay with "Find the website for {{Name}} in {{City}}" to populate a website URL column

Connect a third‑party enrichment partner such as ZoomInfo, then add columns for work email and phone number using the partner’s lookup action

Create a custom AI prompt column that evaluates each website’s SEO health, ad activity, and social presence, returning a numeric score and brief notes

Sort the table by the prospect score column to surface the highest‑need dental practices

Add another AI prompt column that generates a personalized cold‑email using the prospect’s score, website weaknesses, and your service offering

Export the email column (and any other needed fields) as a CSV or copy the content directly into your email sequencing tool
