Open ChatGPT and have it ready before you start
Write down your brand name, industry niche, main platform (e.g., YouTube) and three side platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, X) in a plain text note.
Open ChatGPT, enable "web search" for up‑to‑date ideas (optional) and copy the custom sample prompt template provided in the example input reference.
Replace the bracketed placeholders in the prompt with your information: [brand], [industry], [main platform], [side platforms], and the number of ideas you want.
Send the prompt to ChatGPT and ask it to generate the requested number of main content ideas, each with a title, outline, tags, and a brief description.
Review the returned ideas, edit any titles or outlines that need tweaking, and ask ChatGPT to refine specific ideas if needed.
For each approved main idea, prompt ChatGPT to create short‑form posts for each side platform, specifying format (e.g., LinkedIn article, Instagram carousel caption, X tweet thread).
Copy the final long‑form outlines and all short‑form posts into your preferred document or content calendar tool for scheduling.
