The Workflow

Open Chatgpt and have it ready before you start

Open the ChatGPT web app and click the sidebar icon to expand the navigation panel

Select the "Scheduled" tab to view existing scheduled tasks

Click "Create new task" (or the edit icon) and type a clear prompt, e.g., "Summarize today’s top AI and tech news in three bullet points"

Set the frequency to "Daily" and choose the preferred time of day for the briefing to run

Enable the Gmail connector, enter your email address, and toggle the "Send email" option so the result is mailed to you

Save the task; ChatGPT will run it at the scheduled time and display the first result in the Results panel

Review the output, adjust the prompt to improve relevance, and re‑save the task for better future briefings
