Hi everyone, I'm the founder of Soar90, the 30-60-90 day plan app you can drive yourself in any new job. We built it because starting a new role can be stressful whether its learning the ropes at a new employer, or stepping into a promotion or leadership role at your current company. Most people are told to "hit the ground running," but many companies don't provide a clear roadmap for what success looks like during those first few months. Soar90 helps new hires create and follow a structured 30-60-90 day plan themselves, effortlessly track accomplishments, and prepare for performance reviews without having to build their own system in Notion, spreadsheets, or task managers. We recently launched on Product Hunt and were fortunate to finish in the Top 20 products of the day. The feedback we've received has confirmed that a lot of people are looking for practical guidance during career transitions. I'd love to hear from anyone who's recently started a new role, been promoted, or managed new hires. What was the hardest part of your first 90 days?
