What is Demand Forecast?
AInventory (free) – AI Demand Forecast is a browser‑based application that generates SKU‑level demand forecasts in seconds using a range of statistical and machine learning models.
The tool accepts CSV or TXT files, automatically maps SKU, period, and demand columns, and completes missing dates while keeping time series sorted.
It trains ETS, ARIMA, Prophet, Random Forest, and XGBoost models, compares them by RMSE on a hold‑out split, and selects the best model per SKU to produce forecasts with 90/95/99 % confidence intervals.
Users can download forecast and metric CSV files (MAPE, RMSE, MAE, MASE) and view historical plus forecast charts directly in the interface.
