What is CustomerPing?
CustomerPing is an AI‑driven tool that scans online forums and discussion sites for posts mentioning problems that align with a business’s solutions. It ranks each article against user‑defined relevance criteria and issues a notification, or ping, whenever a match is found.
Pings are delivered via an RSS feed that can be accessed on mobile, Slack, Notion, email, or other platforms, enabling quick engagement. Users set up a “radar” by specifying topics of interest and the forums to monitor, after which the AI continuously listens and alerts for relevant content.
