What is Coffice ?
Coffice is a peer recognition tool that integrates directly with Slack to enable employees to acknowledge contributions publicly in real time. It automatically joins public workspace channels and can be disabled for private chats, with settings adjustable via the Slack Admin board.
Users award recognition points by tagging teammates and appending “++” followed by a reason, and leaders can view a dynamic leaderboard that tracks points earned over the past 30 days or all time. Custom tags let teams emphasize specific achievements, while the rewards system lets administrators create or disable a marketplace for exchanging points with individual or team rewards.
Coffice supports automatic import of employee data from BambooHR, including birthdays, anniversaries, and team lead assignments, which are displayed on a TV board and the Home Tab. Administrators can manage newcomer onboarding and celebration dates through the Slack Admin interface, and the platform offers reports for tracking engagement metrics.
