What is Applyindex?
Applyindex is an AI‑driven academic assistant that evaluates a user’s CV, estimates the likelihood of securing a fully funded PhD, and generates a downloadable Word CV.
It matches applicants with universities and supervisors whose research funding aligns with the applicant’s profile and sends outreach emails on the applicant’s behalf.
The platform includes a comprehensive notes system for recording supervisor insights directly on profile pages.
Applyindex’s a‑index ranking evaluates institutions based on their track record for funding PhD positions, providing an alternative perspective to traditional ranking systems.
The tool supports PhD, master’s, and postdoc applicants, supervisors, and universities by streamlining application tasks and reducing time spent on manual searching and communication.
Features are accessible through a web interface that allows users to create and complete application profiles, organize notes, and track outreach progress.
