The Workflow

Open Vizard and have it ready before you start
Sign up for Vizard using Google, Apple, or email and click into the dashboard
Click "Create New Project" or select "One-Click Viral Shorts" from the dashboard
Upload your long‑form video file or paste a video URL from YouTube, Google Drive, or Zoom
Toggle the "Autoschedule and Post" option to enable automatic publishing
Press "Generate Viral Shorts" and wait a few minutes while Vizard extracts high‑impact moments, adds captions, and applies a template
Review the generated short clips in the Clips tab; play each to confirm content
Open the Calendar tab, view the auto‑filled posting schedule, and drag any clip to reschedule or change its time
If needed, click "Edit Clip" to adjust captions, fonts, branding, or replace the template
Export clips as MP4 files or let Vizard auto‑post them directly to TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts
Monitor performance in the dashboard and repeat the workflow with new long‑form videos each week
