Open Veo3 and have it ready before you start
Google AI
Sign up for a Google AI Pro subscription (or claim the one‑month free trial) and log in
Google Flow
Open Google Flow, click “Create new project”, and select “Image” to start with Nano Banana
Nano Banana
Choose image orientation (landscape or portrait), set the number of variations to 4, select Nano Banana Pro, and enter a detailed text prompt for the opening frame
Review the four generated images, use the “Reuse prompt” button if you need more variations, then pick the best image
Nano Banana
Edit the chosen image with Nano Banana’s tools – e.g., replace the background, add texture to the character, or add specific objects using the selection and drawing tools
Download the final image at 2K or 4K resolution
Back in Flow, start a new project, choose “Video” and select the latest VEO model (e.g., VEO 3.1 Fast mode) for fastest results
Upload the image as the starting frame, mark it as the start frame, then type a concise video prompt describing the scene and any dialogue
Click submit, let VEO generate multiple short clips, review them, and download the best clip at its original 720p resolution
If higher resolution is needed, upscale the video using Topaz Video Upscaler
