Open Turboscribe and have it ready before you start
Sign in or create a free TurboScribe account and click the “Start transcribing for free” button on the homepage.
Upload your file by dragging it onto the dashboard or clicking the upload button to select an audio/video file from your computer.
Choose the source language, select the “Whale” transcription mode for highest quality, and optionally enable speaker detection or translation.
Press the “Transcribe” button and wait while TurboScribe processes the file.
Review the generated transcript, play back the audio to sync and edit any mistakes directly in the editor.
Click the export icon in the top‑right corner and download the transcript as DOCX, PDF, TXT, or SRT depending on your needs.
Organize the transcript by creating a folder on the left panel and moving the file into it for future reference.
