Open tldv and have it ready before you start
Install the TLDV browser extension from the official site for Chrome or Edge
Sign in to TLDV using your Google account
Open your scheduled Google Meet or Zoom meeting and click the TLDV icon to add the assistant to the call
Run the meeting; TLDV will automatically record, transcribe, and generate a real‑time summary
After the call ends, open the TLDV dashboard and select the meeting entry to view the full transcript and AI‑generated summary
Pick a meeting template (e.g., sales, interview, HR) to restructure the notes for the specific context
Click “Generate AI Report” to extract next‑steps and action items from the transcript, adjusting the prompt if needed
Export the notes as a PDF or copy the text to share with teammates
Optional: Upload a pre‑recorded audio or video file via “Manage Uploads” to get a transcript and summary without a live call
