Open Speechify and have it ready before you start
Sign up or log in to Speechify Studio and open the dashboard.
Click ‘New Voiceover Project’, give it a name, and open the voiceover editor.
Add your script: type directly into the text box or click ‘Import’ to upload a .txt, .docx, or .pdf file.
Search the voice library, preview samples, and select the AI voice that matches your video’s tone.
Adjust speed, pitch, volume, and expression using the sliders; then insert pauses on the timeline to match visual beats.
Play back each block or the whole track, fine‑tune any settings, and ensure the narration sounds natural.
Press ‘Export’, choose MP3 (or WAV/OGG), and download the audio file to use in your video editor.
