The Workflow

Open pictory and have it ready before you start
Log in to Pictory and click the ‘Script to Video’ option on the dashboard
Paste your script text, or import a blog URL or PDF file, then give the project a name
Select a video style or template that matches your brand and click ‘Proceed’
Let Pictory automatically generate scenes, match royalty‑free B‑roll clips, and create subtitles
Choose an AI voice from the library or upload your own narration, then click ‘Generate Voiceover’
Review the auto‑synced subtitles and edit any text, timing, or visual overlay as needed
Add background music from the built‑in audio library or upload a custom track
Select the final output format (YouTube 16:9, TikTok 9:16, Instagram Reels)
Click ‘Export’ to render the video, then download the MP4 file and subtitle text
Share the video directly to your social platforms or schedule it for later publishing
