Open Personwise AI and have it ready before you start
Choose a focused PDF and define the result before generating. Write down the course topic, target audience, desired language, and the action learners should be able to take afterward. A clear audience and outcome help PersonWise choose the right depth, examples, structure, and assessment.
Sign in to PersonWise and start a new course. Enter a specific topic, add the target audience, select the output language, and choose a practical page count. For a first course, 6-12 pages is usually enough to cover one outcome without overwhelming learners.
Add the PDF as source material. Choose Strictly follow my materials when every factual claim must stay within the document. Choose the research option only when you want PersonWise to supplement the PDF with current external information.
Generate the outline, then review it before continuing. Check that the opening states the topic clearly, the sections follow a logical learning sequence, important PDF content is represented, and the final pages lead toward the intended learner outcome. Edit weak or repetitive sections now.
Generate narration and slides. Review every page for factual accuracy, readable visual hierarchy, useful images, and narration that adds explanation instead of merely reading the slide. Regenerate or edit any page that is unclear before publishing.
Choose a digital-human presenter and a voice that match the course language and audience. Add assessments when the course needs knowledge checks or evidence of learning. Preview the delivery and confirm names, technical terms, and acronyms are pronounced correctly.
Publish the course and enable public access by link. Open the learner view, test playback, interrupt the presenter with a relevant voice question, confirm the answer stays grounded in the course, and verify that the presentation resumes smoothly afterward.
Copy the embed code from Visibility & sharing and paste it into an HTML or custom-code block on your website. Preview the page on desktop and mobile, confirm the player fits its container, and run one final playback and voice Q&A test on the embedded version.
