Open HeyGen AI and have it ready before you start

Prepare a CSV file containing a column for each lead (e.g., name, product, custom message) and save it locally.

Record a 10‑minute video of yourself speaking naturally and upload it to HeyGen to train a hyper‑realistic avatar.

In the Avatar settings, select the 11 Labs voice model, adjust expressiveness and stability, and enable eye‑contact correction.

Create a new video template: add a background image, place the avatar on screen, and insert text placeholders for name and product.

Import the prepared CSV into the template, mapping CSV columns to the corresponding text placeholders.

Set video length, playback speed, and any additional visual effects, then click “Generate” to start batch processing.

When generation finishes, download the watermark‑free MP4 files for each lead and use them in your outreach campaigns.
