The Workflow

Open Happy Scribe and have it ready before you start
Click the "Audio to Text" or "Video to Text" option in the Happy Scribe dashboard
Upload your file from your computer or paste the video URL into the import field
Select the source language from the drop‑down menu
Choose "Transcribe with AI", then sign in or create a free account to start processing
When the transcript appears, review and edit the text, add speaker labels, highlights or comments as needed
Optionally click the AI tools tab to generate a summary or meeting notes from the transcript
Click "Export", pick the desired format (Word, PDF, plain text), toggle timestamps or speaker labels, and download the final file
