The Workflow

Open Flow and have it ready before you start
Log in to Google Flow with a Google AI subscription and click **New Project**, then give your project a descriptive name
Upload a reference image of your main character (or generate one with Text‑to‑Video) so Flow can keep the character consistent across all clips
Open the prompt box, click the settings toggle, select **V3 Quality** model, set **Outputs per Prompt** to 1, and craft a two‑part prompt: visual description (shot type, subject, action, setting, vibe) and audio description (dialogue, music, SFX)
Press the generate arrow to create your first clip, review the result, and use **Reuse Prompt** to tweak any details until satisfied
Hover over the finished clip, click **Add to Scene**, then open **Scene Builder**; use **Jump to** to add new shots with fresh prompts, keeping the same character reference
Trim each clip by dragging its edges, rearrange clip order by dragging on the timeline, and remove any unwanted shots with the minus icon
Play the full sequence to verify smooth transitions and audio sync, then click **Download** at the bottom of Scene Builder to export the final video file
