The Workflow

Open Claude and have it ready before you start

Open Claude and click “New Chat” in the sidebar to start a fresh conversation

Upload any research PDFs or spreadsheets about the product by dragging them into the chat or using the plus‑icon upload button

Enter a prompt such as “Create a product launch plan for an oatmeal raisin cookie, include executive summary, timeline, marketing channels, and sales forecast” and click Run

Review the high‑level outline Claude returns, then ask “Make the plan more concise” to tighten the content

Add a sales forecast section by typing “Add a sales forecast with projected revenue for the first three months” and run the request

Highlight the executive summary text, click the overlay “Improve”, and prompt “Make this summary more persuasive” to refine that section

Rename the artifact by selecting the dropdown at the top of the workspace, choosing Rename, and typing a clear name like “Oatmeal Raisin Cookie Launch Plan”

Add the artifact to a project: click the top‑right dropdown, choose “Add to project”, create a new project named “Cookie Launch” or select an existing one, and save

Export or copy the final launch plan by clicking the download icon or using the “Copy to clipboard” button, then share with stakeholders
