Open Brain.fm and have it ready before you start
Download and install the Brain.fm app from the App Store or Google Play
Open the app and sign up using your email, Google, Apple, or Facebook account
Select your intended activity: Focus, Relax, or Sleep
Answer the short onboarding questions to let the AI tailor the music to your specific goal
Choose a genre or let Brain.fm automatically pick one based on your preferences
Set the session length with the timer (e.g., 45 minutes for work, 30 minutes for meditation, or Infinity for continuous playback)
Press the Play button and let the AI‑generated track run while you work, meditate, or fall asleep
After the session, review the activity summary and optionally save the track to Favorites for quick future access
