Open Beacons AI and have it ready before you start
Log in to your Beacons AI account and select “Edit Header” to customize your profile picture, theme (vibrant, cozy, bold, etc.), and background style.
Choose a layout for the header (e.g., simple, centered) and adjust logo size, corner radius, and font settings to match your brand.
Click “Add Block” in the Link in Bio section and select the “Classic” link style.
Press “Add Link”, enter the URL of your main website, set the button label (e.g., “Visit My Site”), and optionally upload an image for the link.
Reorder links by dragging the most important ones to the top so they appear above the fold.
Add another block, choose “Email Form”, and fill in the title (e.g., “Free Ebook Cheat Sheet”), description, and single email field.
Customize the submit button text (e.g., “Get My Free Cheat Sheet”) and set the post‑submission message that thanks subscribers.
Open “Email Automations”, click “Setup New Automation”, and select the “Freebie Funnel” template.
Edit the automation: set the trigger to “When someone joins the email form”, write a concise subject line (avoid spam triggers), add a preview line, and paste the email body with the download link.
Save the automation, preview the page, then click “Publish” to generate your unique Beacons link.
